How big is it?
13 in long, 5.8 in deep and 4.7 in tall. Each bowl is 4.7 in across and 1.97 in deep, and holds 450 ml, which is about 15 oz.
Why raise and tilt it?
A raised, tilted bowl lets a cat eat with their head level rather than craned down toward the floor. It is easier on the neck, and cats who bolt their food and bring it straight back up often do better with it.
Does it need assembling?
Barely. The two steel legs slot onto the bamboo top, and the bowls drop into the cut-outs. No tools.
Is it big enough for a small dog?
It suits cats and small dogs. If your dog is much taller than a cat, they will still be reaching down for it.
How do I clean the bamboo?
Wipe it with a damp cloth and let it dry. Do not soak it or put it in the dishwasher. The steel bowls can go in the dishwasher as often as you like.
How long does shipping take?
Free US shipping, and it usually arrives in 5 to 8 days.
What if my cat won't use it?
Cats can be stubborn about a new bowl. Give it a week in the same spot as the old one. If it still isn't working out, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.
