Where should I mount it?
Any outside corner your cat already walks past. A wall corner, a doorway edge or a table leg all work. Put it at your cat's shoulder height so they can lean into it without stooping.
Will the adhesive damage my wall?
The pads peel off cleanly on most surfaces, but paint and plaster vary. If you would rather not risk it, mount it on a table leg, or use the screws on a surface you do not mind marking.
Are the bristles safe for my cat's face?
Yes. They are soft, flexible ABS. They bend under pressure rather than scratch, which is exactly why cats push their cheeks into them.
Will it actually reduce shedding?
It combs out hair that is already loose, so more of it ends up in the bristles and less on your furniture. It does not stop a cat from shedding.
How do I clean it?
Pull the trapped hair out of the bristles by hand every week or so. For a deeper clean, rinse it under warm water and let it air dry.
How long does shipping take?
Free US shipping, and it usually arrives in 5 to 8 days.
What if my cat ignores it?
Most cats find it within a day. If yours does not get on with it, return it within 30 days for a full refund.
