How do I choose the right product for my cat?
Start with what your cat needs more of. Scratchers if they're targeting your furniture, beds if they don't have a defined nap spot, and a combination if you're starting from scratch. Each product page lists exactly who and what room it fits best.
Will my cat actually use Purli products?
Every piece is designed around proven cat behavior — scratching surfaces match the textures cats instinctively dig their claws into, beds have defined edges cats curl against. Most cats claim a Purli piece within a few days. If yours doesn't, send it back.
What materials do you use?
Natural sisal, multi-layer recyclable cardboard, solid pine wood, cotton, plush, fleece, and hand-woven plant fiber. No plastic toys, no batteries, no harsh synthetic finishes.
Are Purli products safe for cats?
Yes. All materials are non-toxic and sewn or fastened securely. Decorative elements (pom-poms, sisal balls, bell balls) are designed to take a beating without coming apart.
How long do Purli products last?
Beds and woven scratchers last for years of daily use. Cardboard scratching boards are designed to wear with use over many months and be flipped or replaced when one side is spent. Most owners get a long, full life out of every piece.
How do I clean Purli products?
Beds: spot-clean covers, machine-wash removable cushion pads on a gentle cycle. Scratchers: vacuum loose fibers/crumbs (totally normal). Wood frames wipe with a dry cloth. Specific care is on each product page.
