Frequently Asked Questions
Why a raised cot?
Air moves under the seat, so it stays cooler than a padded bed. It suits cats who run warm or like to stretch out flat.
How big is it?
The seat is about 18.9 x 18.9 in / 48 x 48 cm, sized for cats up to 11 lb / 5 kg.
What is it made of?
A solid wood frame with rounded legs and a woven sisal seat that is scratch resistant and doesn't cling to fur.
Is it hard to put together?
No. The frame slots together and the seat pulls taut over it, no tools needed.
How do I clean it?
Lift the seat off and wash it, then wipe the wooden frame with a damp cloth.
When will it arrive?
Free shipping on every Purli order, typically 5 to 8 business days. We email a tracking link as soon as it ships.
What if my cat won't use it?
Give it a week in the spot your cat already likes. If it still isn't for them, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.
Notes
Materials. Most Purli beds pair a soft outer fabric with a padded fill; the exact materials for this one are listed in the description above.
Care. Where a bed has a removable cover, unzip it and machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then air dry flat. Wipe frames and hard parts with a damp cloth. Do not tumble dry, bleach or iron.
Made in small batches, so color and pile can vary a little from piece to piece.
Measurements are taken flat and unstuffed, so allow up to an inch either way. On-screen colors are approximate.
Supervise kittens and senior cats while they get used to something new.
