What's in each set?
Hammock Set: a canvas hammock and two sisal wall posts. Nest Set: a round plush nest bed and two sisal wall steps. Corner Lookout Set: a railed corner shelf and three wooden wall steps.
How do they attach to the wall?
Each piece screws to the wall through its back plate. Fix into studs where you can, or use anchors rated for your wall type.
How far apart should the pieces go?
Keep them an easy jump apart for your cat. Start closer together for kittens and older cats, then spread them out once your cat is confident.
Can I combine sets?
Yes. Every piece mounts on its own, so you can add a second set to make a longer route.
When will it arrive?
Free shipping on every Purli order, typically 5 to 8 business days. We email a tracking link as soon as it ships.
What if my cat won't use it?
Give it a week in a spot your cat already likes. If it still isn't for them, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.
Notes
Materials. Scratch surfaces are natural sisal, corrugated cardboard or ribbed fabric on wood, board or metal frames, depending on the piece. The exact materials for this one are listed in the description above.
Care. Brush or vacuum away loose fibers and cardboard bits, wipe frames with a dry cloth, and keep cardboard dry.
Made to be clawed. Scratch surfaces fray and shed a little over time, which means they are doing their job.
Measurements are approximate, so allow up to an inch either way. On-screen colors are approximate.
Check posts, fixings and suction cups every few weeks, and anchor tall pieces to the wall if your cat is a big jumper.

1-year warranty. Every Purli piece is covered for one year against manufacturing faults in the stitching, seams and frame.
30-day guarantee. If your cat is not into it, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
To start either one, email us with your order number and a photo, and we will repair, replace or refund.
Normal wear from enthusiastic scratching and napping is not covered.
