How do I clean it?
Wash the bowls and tanks weekly in warm soapy water, refresh the water every few days, and dry fully before refilling the food hopper.

What if my cat won't use it?
Give it a week in the spot your cat already likes. If it still isn't for them, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.

To start either one, email us with your order number and a photo, and we will repair, replace or refund.
Normal wear from enthusiastic scratching and napping is not covered.
