Frequently Asked Questions
How big is it?
About 15 x 11.8 in (38 x 30 cm) and 0.2 in (0.5 cm) thick, long enough for most cats to reach up and scratch.
How does it attach?
It has an adhesive backing. Clean the surface, peel off the paper and press it on for about 10 seconds. It works on walls, doors, the side of a cabinet or a sofa.
Can it lie flat instead?
Yes. Some cats prefer to scratch flat, so you can also lay it on the floor or a low shelf.
Will the print wear off?
The design is UV printed on the sisal. Like any scratcher it will rough up over time with heavy use, which means it's doing its job.
When will it arrive?
Free shipping on every Purli order, typically 5 to 8 business days. We email a tracking link as soon as it ships.
What if my cat won't use it?
Give it a week in a spot your cat already likes. If it still isn't for them, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.
Notes
Materials. Scratch surfaces are natural sisal, corrugated cardboard or ribbed fabric on wood, board or metal frames, depending on the piece. The exact materials for this one are listed in the description above.
Care. Brush or vacuum away loose fibers and cardboard bits, wipe frames with a dry cloth, and keep cardboard dry.
Made to be clawed. Scratch surfaces fray and shed a little over time, which means they are doing their job.
Measurements are approximate, so allow up to an inch either way. On-screen colors are approximate.
Check posts, fixings and suction cups every few weeks, and anchor tall pieces to the wall if your cat is a big jumper.
