Frequently Asked Questions
How does it work?
A ball wrapped in natural sisal rope sits on an axle between two wooden legs, so it turns as your cat claws and bats at it.
What's the difference between the stands?
The A-Frame is compact. The Lounger Base adds a flat wooden base your cat can lie on while they hug the ball from underneath.
How big are the sizes?
Small has a 4.7 in / 12 cm ball on a base about 7.1 x 7.1 in / 18 x 18 cm. Big has a 6.3 in / 16 cm ball on a base about 8.7 x 7.1 in / 22 x 18 cm.
Will it stay put?
The solid wood stand keeps it steady on the floor or a rug while the ball does the moving.
How do I care for it?
Brush away loose sisal fibers and wipe the wood with a dry cloth. Tightly wound rope holds up to daily clawing.
When will it arrive?
Free shipping on every Purli order, typically 5 to 8 business days. We email a tracking link as soon as it ships.
What if my cat won't use it?
Give it a week in the spot your cat already likes. If it still isn't for them, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.
Notes
Materials. Scratch surfaces are natural sisal, corrugated cardboard or ribbed fabric on wood, board or metal frames, depending on the piece. The exact materials for this one are listed in the description above.
Care. Brush or vacuum away loose fibers and cardboard bits, wipe frames with a dry cloth, and keep cardboard dry.
Made to be clawed. Scratch surfaces fray and shed a little over time, which means they are doing their job.
Measurements are approximate, so allow up to an inch either way. On-screen colors are approximate.
Check posts, fixings and suction cups every few weeks, and anchor tall pieces to the wall if your cat is a big jumper.
