Frequently Asked Questions
How does it work?
Cut the ribbed fabric to size, peel off the liner and press it onto the spot your cat scratches. They get a satisfying surface and your upholstery stays intact.
How much do I get?
One roll about 15.7 x 118 in / 40 x 300 cm, enough to cover several sofa arms, corners or a patch of wall.
Will it damage my sofa?
It is designed to protect it, but test a small piece first on delicate fabrics or leather before covering a large area.
Which color should I choose?
Seven colors: Warm White, Khaki, Light Grey, Black, Brown, Dark Gray and Dark Blue. Match your sofa to blend in, or pick a contrast.
What happens when a patch wears out?
Peel it off and replace it with a fresh piece from the roll.
When will it arrive?
Free shipping on every Purli order, typically 5 to 8 business days. We email a tracking link as soon as it ships.
What if my cat won't use it?
Give it a week in the spot your cat already likes. If it still isn't for them, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.
Notes
Materials. Scratch surfaces are natural sisal, corrugated cardboard or ribbed fabric on wood, board or metal frames, depending on the piece. The exact materials for this one are listed in the description above.
Care. Brush or vacuum away loose fibers and cardboard bits, wipe frames with a dry cloth, and keep cardboard dry.
Made to be clawed. Scratch surfaces fray and shed a little over time, which means they are doing their job.
Measurements are approximate, so allow up to an inch either way. On-screen colors are approximate.
Check posts, fixings and suction cups every few weeks, and anchor tall pieces to the wall if your cat is a big jumper.
Shipping policy
