What ceiling height does it fit?
Ceilings from about 90 to 108 in (229 to 275 cm). The rod at the top extends by up to 18.1 in (46 cm) to reach yours.
Is it stable?
The tension rod presses against the ceiling while the base sits on the floor, so the pole is held at both ends. A wall anchor is included for extra peace of mind.
How many cats can use it?
There's room for two or three cats at once, spread across the five levels.
How tall is each level?
The levels are 17.9 in (45.5 cm) apart. The platforms are about 15.7 x 9.4 in (40 x 24 cm) and the top basket is about 11.8 in (30 cm) across.
When will it arrive?
Free shipping on every Purli order, typically 5 to 8 business days. We email a tracking link as soon as it ships.
What if my cat won't use it?
Give it a week in a spot your cat already likes. If it still isn't for them, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.
Notes
Materials. Scratch surfaces are natural sisal, corrugated cardboard or ribbed fabric on wood, board or metal frames, depending on the piece. The exact materials for this one are listed in the description above.
Care. Brush or vacuum away loose fibers and cardboard bits, wipe frames with a dry cloth, and keep cardboard dry.
Made to be clawed. Scratch surfaces fray and shed a little over time, which means they are doing their job.
Measurements are approximate, so allow up to an inch either way. On-screen colors are approximate.
Check posts, fixings and suction cups every few weeks, and anchor tall pieces to the wall if your cat is a big jumper.

To start either one, email us with your order number and a photo, and we will repair, replace or refund.
Normal wear from enthusiastic scratching and napping is not covered.
