Which length should I choose?
The 20 in (50 cm) suits short gaps between shelves or a short climb. The 39 in (100 cm) spans wider gaps or runs from the floor up a tall piece of furniture. Both are 9.8 in (25 cm) wide.
How do I hang it?
Tie the jute rope loops at each end to sturdy points, like wall shelves, a cat tree, cage bars or hooks fixed into the wall. Hooks and wall fixings aren't included.
Is it a bridge or a ladder?
Both. Tie it level between two points for a swaying bridge, or hang it from one high point down the side of furniture for a climbing ladder.
Can my cat scratch it?
Yes. Every slat is wrapped in natural sisal, so it doubles as a scratch surface while they climb.
When will it arrive?
Free shipping on every Purli order, typically 5 to 8 business days. We email a tracking link as soon as it ships.
What if my cat won't use it?
Give it a week in a spot your cat already likes. If it still isn't for them, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.

Materials. Scratch surfaces are natural sisal, corrugated cardboard or ribbed fabric on wood, board or metal frames, depending on the piece. The exact materials for this one are listed in the description above.
Care. Brush or vacuum away loose fibers and cardboard bits, wipe frames with a dry cloth, and keep cardboard dry.
Made to be clawed. Scratch surfaces fray and shed a little over time, which means they are doing their job.
Measurements are approximate, so allow up to an inch either way. On-screen colors are approximate.
Check posts, fixings and suction cups every few weeks, and anchor tall pieces to the wall if your cat is a big jumper.

To start either one, email us with your order number and a photo, and we will repair, replace or refund.
Normal wear from enthusiastic scratching and napping is not covered.
