Which size should I choose?
S is about 15.7 in (40 cm) tall and suits kittens and smaller cats. L is about 19.7 in (50 cm) tall, giving bigger cats more post to stretch up. Both sit on a base about 9.8 in (25 cm) across.
Will it slide around?
Stick the included anti-slip pads under the base and it stays put on smooth floors. For a very enthusiastic scratcher, stand it against a wall.
What colors are the feather and balls?
The feather and the small balls can vary in color from batch to batch.
How do I clean it?
Vacuum loose sisal fibers and wipe the wood with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
When will it arrive?
Free shipping on every Purli order, typically 5 to 8 business days. We email a tracking link as soon as it ships.
What if my cat won't use it?
Give it a week in a spot your cat already likes. If it still isn't for them, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.

Materials. Scratch surfaces are natural sisal, corrugated cardboard or ribbed fabric on wood, board or metal frames, depending on the piece. The exact materials for this one are listed in the description above.
Care. Brush or vacuum away loose fibers and cardboard bits, wipe frames with a dry cloth, and keep cardboard dry.
Made to be clawed. Scratch surfaces fray and shed a little over time, which means they are doing their job.
Measurements are approximate, so allow up to an inch either way. On-screen colors are approximate.
Check posts, fixings and suction cups every few weeks, and anchor tall pieces to the wall if your cat is a big jumper.

To start either one, email us with your order number and a photo, and we will repair, replace or refund.
Normal wear from enthusiastic scratching and napping is not covered.
