Frequently Asked Questions
How tall is it?
About 25.6 in / 65 cm, tall enough for an adult cat to stretch all the way out.
Will it tip over?
The wide wooden base is about 12.4 in / 31.6 cm across, so it stays put while your cat pulls.
What's the difference between the styles?
Only the sisal. Striped has a two-tone brown and beige wrap; Cream is plain natural sisal.
What else is built in?
A pom-pom toy hangs near the top and a ball track runs around the base, so there's something to play with between scratches.
How do I make the sisal last?
Brush away loose fibers and turn the post a quarter every so often to spread the wear.
When will it arrive?
Free shipping on every Purli order, typically 5 to 8 business days. We email a tracking link as soon as it ships.
What if my cat won't use it?
Give it a week in the spot your cat already likes. If it still isn't for them, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.
Notes
Materials. Scratch surfaces are natural sisal, corrugated cardboard or ribbed fabric on wood, board or metal frames, depending on the piece. The exact materials for this one are listed in the description above.
Care. Brush or vacuum away loose fibers and cardboard bits, wipe frames with a dry cloth, and keep cardboard dry.
Made to be clawed. Scratch surfaces fray and shed a little over time, which means they are doing their job.
Measurements are approximate, so allow up to an inch either way. On-screen colors are approximate.
Check posts, fixings and suction cups every few weeks, and anchor tall pieces to the wall if your cat is a big jumper.
