How do I set it up?
Fill the hopper with dry kibble, connect the feeder in the companion app following the guide, then set meal times and portions.
How do I clean it?
Wash the steel bowl in warm soapy water or the dishwasher, wipe out the hopper when refilling, and keep the base and camera dry.
When will it arrive?
Free shipping on every Purli order, typically 5 to 8 business days. We email a tracking link as soon as it ships.
What if my cat won't use it?
Give it a week in the spot your cat already likes. If it still isn't for them, send it back within 30 days for a full refund.

Care. Wash anything that touches food or water in warm soapy water before first use and regularly after that. Check this product's care notes before using the dishwasher, and keep electronics dry.
Measurements and capacities are approximate. On-screen colors are approximate.
Ceramic and glass can chip if dropped, so check them now and then and replace anything damaged.
Refresh water daily and keep an eye on how much your cat eats and drinks while they get used to something new.

30-day guarantee. If your cat is not into it, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right.
To start either one, email us with your order number and a photo, and we will repair, replace or refund.
Normal wear from enthusiastic scratching and napping is not covered.
